Comfortable beds and cleanliness nothing wrong as well as gran DEur of the room.
Nickel cleaning and smiling staff.
Servers not very nice overall (except c with the Spanish) . At the bar, we articulate but we got a white wine for a white martini , a water washer lemon for a lemon fanta … or next , to the next , go!! Hop hop hop otherwise they get annoyed ….
Don Miguel: quick service at lunch and not bad. But do not move a table to be in the shade otherwise watch out for you! The waitress arrived without a word EN removing the table in the sun (yet at this EN right when we arrived) , it is indicated that this disorganizes the service … ok but hey … there is a way DE do .
The same at the restaurant: large families assembled tables: the waitress arrives and the manager if the discussion lasts too long.
Swimming pool quite large DE , but more deckchairs from 8:00 in the morning: on the other hand, nobody says anything at the level of the staff
Various food, frankly it is a good level. It is clean
The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. The food was excellent. They tried their best to make our stay pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the south of Gran Canaria.
We spent a week here with our 5 year old son. The hotel is great, yes it’s dated in place but it absolutely doesn’t effect the use of it. There were a lot of Germans – i have nothing against Germans but in the past they have been very moody & ignorant. However I must say this holiday was some of the nicest, smiliest German folk I’ve met. The food is very typical all inclusive standard. The one thing that would improve this is more choice for kids. Or plain options. The snack bars are ok through the day. The spa is great! Staff always happy and Friendly. I’d definitely return. I’d give it a 8/10.
My rooms was a bit tired but for a cheaper week away it does what it says on the tin.
I know that I booked this room to save some money but honestly it is best to pay slightly more. Not having a balcony is iseless on a nice warm everning.
